​Brad is the President and Founder of ICRiM Consulting which is dedicated to helping District Attorney offices adopt and optimize innovative prosecutorial technologies.  With over thirty years of law enforcement experience as the former Sr. Investigator with the New Hartford Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division and current Chief Investigator and Operations Manager for the Oneida County District Attorney's Office, Brad has played a direct role in implementing several records management systems in both law enforcement and prosecution contexts including Pamet, Tyler, PCMS, and Axon.  Brad believes that by capitalizing on the strengths of today's technologies and emphasizing the importance of the people, the process, and the product the results are self-driven.
